By using Kydo, you agree to the following terms and conditions
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself when creating an account.
- You agree to use Kydo for its intended purpose only.
- You agree not to use Kydo to copy or share copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright holder.
- You agree not to use Kydo to engage in any illegal activity.
- You agree to indemnify and hold Eutima AG harmless from any claims arising from your use of Kydo.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By using Kydo, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use Kydo.
Updates
We perform scheduled maintenance on our application every Sunday night from 2am to 3pm. During this time, there may be short downtimes in our application.
We reserve the following rights to communicate and execute unscheduled updates:
- Major updates which require manual intervention – communicated up to 1 week in advance
- Critical security vulnerabilities – communicated up to 1 day in advance
Each advance notice will contain the time range and predicted downtime.
Information For Developers
We reserve the right to implement breaking changes to our API. Those changes are communicated at least one month in advance. Exceptions are high security vulnerabilities which require an immediate fix and may lead to a breaking change. These cases are handled as mentioned above in the Updates section.
User Data
We collect user data such as names, emails, IP addresses, and documents which are uploaded by the user. We use this data for the following purposes:
- To authenticate users and prevent unauthorized access to our system
- To communicate with you
- To provide users with access to their files
- To comply with legal obligations
- To improve our services
Note that all passwords are stored with a high encryption algorithm. Documents stored on the fileserver cannot be traced back to the rightful owner without a special key.
We will not share your data with third parties without your consent. You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

Third-Party Software
We use the Pixelnetica SDK to scan physical documents. The Pixelnetica SDK is a third-party software that allows us to scan documents and convert them into digital files. We also use the pdf.js express SDK to visualize and edit each PDF document inside the browser.
We use these softwares to provide our customers with the ability to scan and convert documents into digital files, and to view and edit PDF files from digital files. We do not share any of the data that we collect from these softwares with any third parties.
These third-party softwares have independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for those activities or contents.
